•By the end of the workshop, participants should be able to:–Describe and understand the 4 stages in an M&E System
–Understand the difference between the purpose and the process of M&E
–Develop a framework that links project activities to outcomes and impacts
–Develop indicators that effectively identify progress towards program outcomes
–Develop a system to collect and compile data
–Determine an appropriate method of analyzing, presenting and disseminating information to different stakeholders
–Demonstrate an ability to use information to identify and implement changes in the program
