The Project Evaluaion Form can be used when an evaluator/monitor visits a project for the purposes of monitoring the progress of the project. It is a first draft. Additions/improvements are welcome
The Project Evaluation Form was a committment I made at the July ’07 AMURT Global Conference. Its purpose is to assist evaluators and project directors to analyze and upgrade the services in their projects in various areas
